    • Devised a recommendation system algorithm to deliver teachers with meticulously curated high-quality content, yielding a significant 17% increase in the monthly count of teachers accessing educational materials.
    • Developed “Asisten Guru”, a chatbot empowering educators with ideas and suggestions on educational topics, while providing the government with valuable insights from its first controlled AI-educator interaction.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Enhanced the retention strategy for the grocery-focused MSME platform (Mitra Bukalapak) by formulating a customer segmentation methodology grounded in Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) principles, culminating in a noteworthy 10% augmentation of the monthly retention rate.
    • Designed and analysed sophisticated experiments for marketing and promotional campaign strategies to enhance users’ conversion.
    • Developed machine learning models to predict users’ intentions in the search feature of marketplace app.
